HOW LONG ARE THE COACHING SESSIONS?
Typically, coaching sessions are 1 hour a week for a minimum of 4 weeks with the option to extend your commitment for additional time thereafter. It is very difficult to make changes or improvements to our lives immediately. It takes time and consistency to change old habits and mentalities. We encourage clients to commit to multiple sessions so that we can spend the appropriate time and effort to bring about the important change that the client is seeking.
